You will be provided with the highest quality off-site storage area of a certain size for a fixed monthly fee, both of which are explained when you initiate the services of LCRM.
Services may be cancelled at any time, although existing payments will not be refunded, there are no penalties for early termination of contract.
Our backup services promise a 99.5% or greater period of uptime. The technical support is of the highest qualified standards and requests are dealt with rapidly.
Technical support will be provided on a same day basis, usually within an hour, by highly qualified UNIX engineers.
If any maintenance procedures require downtime - you will be suitably notified prior to the date of process. However, there may be occasions where emergency work does not allow for such notice.
